Dr. Dinesh C. S. Bisht is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, holding a Ph.D. in Mathematics with a minor in Electronics and Communication Engineering from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Uttarakhand. With over sixteen years of teaching and research experience, his work focuses on Soft Computing, Fuzzy Optimization, Fuzzy Time Series, and Multi-Criteria Decision Making. Dr. Lokesh Kumar Joshi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Science, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, at Gurukula Kangri (Deemed to be University), Haridwar. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Mathematics from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. His research focuses on Fixed Point Theory, Fuzzy Sets, and their applications. With over 16 years of teaching experience, Dr. Joshi has published extensively in reputed journals, contributing to fields such as mathematical analysis, wavelet theory, and geodesic stability. His work includes studies on financial time series, fuzzy reliability, and stability analysis of black hole spacetimes. Dr. Mohit Pant, is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur (Himachal Pradesh). Dr. Pant is a doctorate from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. His research interests include Computational Fracture Mechanics, Meshfree methods, Finite Element Method, and Extended Finite Element Method. Dr. Om Ji Shukla holds a Master's degree from BITS Pilani and Ph.D. in the Department of Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur. During his PhD, he has worked in the area of multi agent based production system that involves real time production scheduling problems. Currently Dr. Shukla is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna. His research interests are Agent based modelling, Artificial Intelligence applications in manufacturing, Data Analytics, Operations management, Supply Chain Management, and E-waste management. He has completed one research project titled “Assessment of E-waste Management Practices in select areas of Bihar under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan” funded by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of Education. Jose Arturo Garza-Reyes is a professor of Operations Management and Head of the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement at the University of Derby, UK. At CIRT Pune, from February 2001 to October 2003, Dr. Singh was Coordinator of Centre for Transport Policy & Economics as well as the Member Secretary of the Standing Committee (Financial Management) of the Association of State Road Transport Undertakings. Dr. Singh holds a PhD degree in Development Studies from Indira Gandhi Institute of Development Research Mumbai. He is an electrical engineering graduate from Institute of Engineering and Technology Lucknow and thermal power plant engineering postgraduate from National Power Training Institute Durgapur. Dr. Singh is a recipient of the NASI-Scopus Young Scientist Award in the area of social sciences for the year 2014. He is also the recipient of the Manas Chatterji Award for Excellence in Research in Regional Science for the year 2006. His very first research paper was awarded as the Best Article of the Year 2000 by the ASRTU. On December 19, 2015, he received the Venus International Foundation Outstanding Scientist Award for the contribution and achievement in the field of Development Studies. On December 16, 2017, he received the ICBM-AMP Academic Excellence Award in the category of Best Professor in Economics. On February 19, 2020, he received the Amity Excellence Award for Best Dean. Dr. Singh has published two books and more than seventy-five research papers in reputed journals out of which more than one-third of them are single-authored ones. His research papers are widely read; as per ResearchGate, with almost three hundred new reads every week and more than one lakh fifty thousand total reads, Dr. Singh’s research papers are the most read research items from his institution. Also, his Google Scholar h-index is 22 and i10-index is 41. His research interests are in the areas of Economics of Competitiveness, Energy & Environment, Industrial Organization and Regulation, Infrastructure, and Transport Economics & Policy.

Prof. Sanjeet Singh is currently serving as a Full Professor in the Decision Sciences Area at IIM Lucknow. Prof. Singh's educational background includes a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics, M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Operational Research all from the University of Delhi, where he was a gold medalist in both his undergraduate and postgraduate studies. He also achieved the first position in all school examinations. He has qualified for the JRF and NET in Mathematical Sciences and has attended the prestigious Global Colloquium on Participant-Centered Learning at Harvard Business School. He has been visiting faculty at University of Waterloo, Canada. His research spans Data Envelopment Analysis, bi-level programming, energy planning, sports modelling, and environmental efficiency, with regular publications in renowned international journals such as Journal of Business Ethics (FT50 Journal), European Journal of Operational Research, Energy Economics, Annals of Operations Research, Energy, European Management Journal, Journal of Operational Research Society, Journal of Cleaner Production, to name a few. Alongside his academic work, Prof. Singh has held key administrative positions, including Convener of CAT 2023, Chairman of PhD Program, Chairman of Admissions at IIM Lucknow and IIM Calcutta.

Santosh Kumar MSc, PhD, FIMA, OAM. Santosh Kumar obtained a MSc degree in Mathematics (Vikram), PhD in Operations Research (Delhi). He worked in the Defence R & D and joined the RMIT, Melbourne in 1970. Subsequently he has worked in seven universities in various countries. He served as the National Vice President (Administration, ASOR) and was the President of the Asia Pacific Operational Research Societies (APORS) (1995-1998), where Australia was a member country. For his contributions in OR, he has received in 2009 ‘The Ren Potts Award from the Australian Society for Operations Research’ and in 2011 ‘A recognition Award for spreading the field of OR in the Southern African Region by the OR Society of South Africa. He has maintained a strong passion for academic as well as for community work in various ways, specially relating to seniors. He believes that ‘seniors are a wasted national resource around the world.’ He has received many other community and academic recognitions, among them a few significant awards received at the Government House, Victoria are: 1. Excellence in Community services 2009 2. Senior of the year COTA award in 2014, and 3. ‘The Order of the Australia Medal’ on Queen’s birthday in 2021. He has maintained his research interest along with community welfare work. He has over 220 publications and is an author/co-author of 5 books in OR.

He has been Chairman of National Technical Group for HRCB on Public Health Emergency, MoHFW and Member of Expert Group for Establishment of a Chemical Incidents Model Centre at NCDC, Delhi. He is also Member of National Committee of NGP and SERB of the DST as well as Member PAMC at MoES. He is NIDM’s Nodal Faculty for 9 Central Ministries for coordinating disaster management activities including Petroleum & Natural Gas, Coal, New & Renewable Energy, Communication, Mines, Shipping, Ports & Waterways, Labour & Employment, Parliamentary Affairs, NE States. He is Project Director & Chief Principal Investigator on Development of Climate Adaptation Policy & Guidelines for National Highways. He has been a Member of the Core Group, Task Force, Working Group and Technical Advisory Committee on Landslides at National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) for development of national guidelines and strategies on management of landslides, avalanches, GLOFs, LLOFs and CBDRM. He has been an Expert Member in the National Committees of AICTE and UGC. He is Board Member of the International Consortium on Landslides, Japan. He is Continental Coordinator for Asia, National Coordinator (India) and Member of the Executive Council of the International Association for Promoting Geoethics, Italy. He is the Founder Chairman of the Community Based Disaster Risk Management Society. Formerly he was Head of the Knowledge Management & Communication Division and also Former Head of the Hydro-Meteorological Risks Management Division, Former Administrator NIDM GFDRR (World Bank) Online Courses and Programme Coordinator for Web Based Self Study Programme and Hindi Officer at NIDM. He was Coordinator for the Indo-Japanese Action Plan on Landslides and Disaster Management as part of the Security Declaration between Governments of India and Japan, signed by the Prime Ministers of both the countries. He was Member of the Indian Delegation at the 3rd World Conference on Disaster Risk Reduction 14-18 March 2015 at Sendai, Japan, made contributions to different World Landslide Forums and involved with several International as well as National conferences / Workshops on Disaster Management at SDMC, AIBD, IORA, HADR, AMCDRR, G20, QUAD etc. He qualified several national and international written exams like GATE, TOEFL, GRE, ONGC, UPSC (Junior Hydrogeologist), UGC Lectureship, CSIR JRF and has been a recipient of UGC’s National Merit Scholarship and CSIR Fellowships during his studies. He obtained doctoral degree (PhD) from IIT Roorkee and did specialized trainings on Climate and Geohazards Risk Management from University of Geneva, Switzerland; Aseismic Design and Construction training from International Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Seismology (IIZIS), Skopje, Macedonia; Disaster Risk Management and Insurance from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. He was awarded Academic Fellowship by World Bank Institute (WBI) Washington and received various international grants from Swiss Agency for Development & Cooperation (SDC) - Berne, Royal Government of Netherlands, Japanese Landslides Society (JLS), National Taiwan University etc. for participation in international activities. He received Skoch Order of Merit Award for Awareness Creation & Sensitization in Disaster Management through E-learning, after qualifying in India’s Best Governance Projects for the year 2014. He got the first Public Health Emergency Management Award from Indian Association of Epidemiologist on 29 April 2023. He has made >180 publications as papers, books, reports, and articles. He has supervised 3 Ph.D. scholars (2 completed and 1 working) and has acted as examiner for 3 doctoral thesis besides supervising >50 PG dissertations / internships of students from different academic institutes and universities. He has been recognized as Ph.D. Supervisor by Burdwan University West Bengal, Gautam Buddha University Noida, Amity University Noida, Indian Maritime University, Chennai and has been associated with FRI University as Visiting Faculty, Adjunct Professor VIT University; Professor of Practice at University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun as, Expert Co-faculty at CoELSCM, NIT Calicut, Course Director for UPSC Probationer’s Training (IPoS & ISS) on DM. Sushil Chandra Dimri, M.Tech. PhD (CS), CSIR NET (Mathematics). Dr. Sushil Chandra Dimri is presently working as Professor in the department of Computer Science at the Graphic Era University, Dehradun, India. He received M. Tech degree from (Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad) and PhD in Computer Science from Kumaun University, Nainital. He is working with Graphic Era University from last 24 years, taught several core courses like Computer Graphics, Analysis & Design of Algorithm, Machine Learning, Automata Theory, Optimization Technique as well as advanced courses like computer controlled Simulation & Modeling, Network Security etc. to under graduate and post graduate students. He has published 90 research papers in international journals and 10 books publications are in his credit. He published 5 patents. His research area is multidisciplinary which includes mathematics, Machine learning, Computer Graphics, Algorithm Design, Network Security and Resource Optimization.

Dr. Tadashi Dohi (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S.E., M.S., and D.Eng. degrees in engineering from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Hiroshima University, Higashihiroshima, Japan, in 1989, 1991, and 1995, respectively. In 1992 and 2000, he was a Visiting Researcher with the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada, and the Hudson School of Engineering, Duke University, Durham, NC, USA, respectively, on leave from the Hiroshima University. Since 2002, he has been a Professor with the Department of Information Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, Hiroshima University. His research interests include reliability engineering, software reliability, and dependable computing. Prof. Dohi is a member of the Operations Research Society of Japan, the Institute of Electrical, Information and Communication Engineers, the Information Processing Society of Japan, and the Reliability Engineering Association of Japan. He is also an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Reliability among others.

Dr. Vikas Kumar is the Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Research and Innovation at the University of Portsmouth, UK, and a Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management. With over a decade of experience in both teaching and research, he holds the title of Chartered Management Business Educator (CMBE) and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA). Prior to his current role, Professor Kumar served as Associate Dean for Research, Innovation, and Enterprise at Birmingham City University, UK. Recognized as a leading researcher in operations and supply chain management, Professor Kumar was ranked among the top 1% of Highly Cited Researchers in 2024. For the third consecutive year in 2024, Stanford University and Elsevier acknowledged him as one of the top 2% of scientists globally. He has authored over 300 papers published in prestigious journals and international conferences. Professor Kumar is a valued member of several editorial boards, including the Journal of Business Logistics, International Journal of Physical Distribution and Logistics Management, and International Journal of Mathematical, Engineering and Management. He has secured over £1 million in research funding from prominent organizations such as Innovate UK, EPSRC, British Council, British Academy, the Newton Fund, and the Science Foundation of Ireland. His research has also fostered international collaborations with universities and researchers across Brazil, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Mexico, Taiwan, Jordan, Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica, and Turkey.

He graduated from Izmir American College in 1998. Kazancoglu received his B.S. degree from Eastern Mediterranean University, Dept. of Industrial Engineering as a Honour student and second in dept. ranking. He has graduated from Coventry University, England, MBA and Izmir University of Economics MBA programs as a High Honour student, respectively in 2003 and 2004. Kazancoglu has received his PhD. at Ege University (Production&Operations Management). He was a research assistant between 2002-2005, instructor between 2005-2008, Assistant Professor Dr. between 2008-2013; and Associate Professor Dr. between Januay 2014-2016 in Izmir University of Economics, Dept. of Business Administration. Between December 2016 - May 2019 he worked as Associate Professor Dr. in Yasar University, Logistics Management Department. In May 2019, he is assigned as Full Professor Dr. in the same department. He completed his military service as an academician in Turkish Military Academy in 2009. He was the director of Izmir University of Economics Continuing Education Center (EKOSEM) between 2009-2014 and member of the executive board in Center for Urban and Regional Development and Environment (URDE/EKOKENT) between 2008-2016. He is the head of Logistics Management Department in Yasar University since 2017.
