Dr. Dinesh C.S. Bisht

Dr. Dinesh C. S. Bisht is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, holding a Ph.D. in Mathematics with a minor in Electronics and Communication Engineering from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Uttarakhand. With over sixteen years of teaching and research experience, his work focuses on Soft Computing, Fuzzy Optimization, Fuzzy Time Series, and Multi-Criteria Decision Making. He has published more than 50 research papers, edited three books on computational intelligence and time series analysis, and guided numerous postgraduate and doctoral students. As a member of the International Association of Engineers and the Soft Computing Research Society, and serving as an Associate Editor for the International Journal of Mathematical, Engineering, and Management Sciences, Dr. Bisht continues to contribute significantly to his field.

Dr. Gunjan Soni is working as an Associate Professor in Malaviya National Institute of Technology, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. He has over 20 years of teaching experience at under graduate and graduate levels. Dr. Lokesh Kumar Joshi

Dr. Lokesh Kumar Joshi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Science, Faculty of Engineering and Technology, at Gurukula Kangri (Deemed to be University), Haridwar. He holds a Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Mathematics from G. B. Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar. His research focuses on Fixed Point Theory, Fuzzy Sets, and their applications. With over 16 years of teaching experience, Dr. Joshi has published extensively in reputed journals, contributing to fields such as mathematical analysis, wavelet theory, and geodesic stability. His work includes studies on financial time series, fuzzy reliability, and stability analysis of black hole spacetimes. He has also been involved in national and international academic activities, including organizing workshops and faculty development programs. Dr. Joshi is a life member of the Indian Science Congress Association and the Indian Society for History of Mathematics. His dedication to education has earned him multiple Best Faculty awards at Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya from 2011 to 2019. Apart from his research and teaching, he has played a key role in organizing the Regional Mathematical Olympiad and other science outreach programs in Uttarakhand state.

Dr. Mohit Pant

Dr. Mohit Pant, is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur (Himachal Pradesh). Dr. Pant is a doctorate from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. His research interests include Computational Fracture Mechanics, Meshfree methods, Finite Element Method, and Extended Finite Element Method. His Research work mainly targets meshless modeling-simulation of weak and strong discontinuities, interacting cracks and fracture in functionally graded materials, quasi-static crack growth. His teaching and research experience of around 13 years. He has been actively involved in handling sponsored research projects along with guiding several Doctoral and Master’s Students. Dr. Om Ji Shukla

Dr. Om Ji Shukla holds a Master's degree from BITS Pilani and Ph.D. in the Department of Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology (MNIT) Jaipur. During his PhD, he has worked in the area of multi agent based production system that involves real time production scheduling problems. Currently Dr. Shukla is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna. His research interests are Agent based modelling, Artificial Intelligence applications in manufacturing, Data Analytics, Operations management, Supply Chain Management, and E-waste management. He has completed one research project titled “Assessment of E-waste Management Practices in select areas of Bihar under Swachh Bharat Abhiyan” funded by Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR), Ministry of Education. At present, 09 PhD Students are working under his supervision. Anuj Kumar is a Professor at D. Y. Patil International University, Pune, India. Prior to this, he served as an Associate Professor at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, India, and as an Assistant Professor (Mathematics) at ICFAI University, Dehradun, India. Prof.(Dr.) Hari Mohan Srivastava

Currently, Professor Srivastava holds the position of Professor Emeritus in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Victoria in Canada, having joined the faculty there in 1969. Professor Srivastava has held (and continues to hold) numerous Visiting and Chair Professorships at many universities and research institutes in many different parts of the world. Having received several D.Sc. (honoris causa) degrees as well as honorary memberships and fellowships of many scientific academies and scientific societies around the world, he is also actively associated editorially with numerous international scientific research journals as an Honorary or Advisory Editor or as an Editorial Board Member. Prof.(Dr.) Jitendra Pal Singh

Jitendra Pal Singh is the Ramanujan Fellow at the Manav Rachna University, Faridabad, India. He has worked as a Research Associate at Inter-University Accelerator Centre, New Delhi during 2010-2011, as a post-doc researcher at Taiwan SPIN Research Centre, National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan during 2011-2012 and as an Assistant Professor at Krishna Engineering College, Ghaziabad, India during 2012-2014. He worked as a researcher at Korea Insitute of Science and Technology, Seoul from 2014 to 2018 and as a senior project scientist at Pohang Accelerator Laboratory, Pohang South Korea (2018-2022). His research interests are irradiation studies in nanoferrites, thin films, and magnetic multilayers, including the synthesis of ferrite nanoparticles and thin films, determining the magnetic, optical, and dielectric response of ferrites, and irradiation and implantation effects in ferrite thin films and nanoparticles. Prof.(Dr.) Jose Arturo Garza-Reyes

Jose Arturo Garza-Reyes is a professor of Operations Management and Head of the Centre for Supply Chain Improvement at the University of Derby, UK. Prof.(Dr.) Liudong Xing

Dr. Liudong Xing is currently a Professor and College of Engineering Director of Research at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She received her Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia, Charlottesville in 2002. Her research focuses on reliability modeling and analysis of complex systems and networks. She has authored or co-authored over 300 journal articles and three monographs. Prof. Xing has received multiple teaching and scholarly awards from her university and IEEE. She was also a co-recipient of eight best (student) paper awards at international conferences and journals. She currently serves as associate editor or editorial board member for Reliability Engineering & System Safety, IEEE Internet of Things Journal, IEEE Access (Reliability Society section), International Journal of Mathematical, Engineering and Management Sciences, and other journals. Prof.(Dr.) M. Mathirajan

Dr Mathirajan is working at the Department of Management Studies, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore since April 1986 with various academic/faculty-positions. Currently he is a Chief Research Scientist & Professor at IISc. He received M.S. (Engineering) degree by research in Applied Operations Research area and PhD degree in Operations Management area from the Faculty of Engineering, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. In addition, he holds M.Sc degree in Mathematics of Madurai Kamaraj University and Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Research (OR) of Anna University, Chennai. Dr Mathirajan was a post doctoral fellow at Singapore MIT Alliance (SMA) of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore. He was also a visiting consultant at Sultan Qaboos University (SQU), OMAN. Dr Mathirajan was an elected National President of Central Council of Operational Research Society of India (ORSI) for 2 years (2023-2024). Before that he was also elected as one of the National President of ORSI for 2 years (2021-2022) and as one of the National Central Council Member ORSI for 2 years (2019-2020). He is also one of the National Vice President of Central Council of Analytics Society of India ASI), since inception (2013). Dr M. Mathirajan is one of the Managing Editor of OPSEARCH, A Falgship Journal of Operational Research Society of India (ORSI) and published by SPRINGER. He is currently Professor & Head with the Department of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science, G. B. Pant University of Agriculture and Technology, Pantnagar, India. He has around 31 years of teaching experience to undergraduate and postgraduate students at different engineering colleges and universities. He is a regular Reviewer of many books and some international journals. He is an Editor of the “Journal of Reliability and Statistical Studies.” He has authored and coauthored eight books on different courses of applied/engineering mathematics. Dr. Sanjay Kumar Singh is Professor of Economics & Business Environment at the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow. At IIM Lucknow, Dr. Singh held top administrative positions; he was Member of the Board of Governors and Dean of Faculty during 2018-20 besides serving as the Chairman of Post Graduate Programme during 2014-16, Chairman of Research Strategy and Policy during 2009-14, Chairman of Financial Aid and International Linkages during 2010-14, Chairman of International Accreditation during 2010-14 and 2018, and Chairman of Business Environment Area during 2014-16. Dr. Singh, also a former Director of Institute of Management Technology Ghaziabad, has exposure of various premier Institutions across India; prior to joining IIM Lucknow, he worked as Assistant Professor of Economics at the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur and XLRI Jamshedpur, and Member of Faculty at the Central Institute of Road Transport Pune. He is an electrical engineering graduate from Institute of Engineering and Technology Lucknow and thermal power plant engineering postgraduate from National Power Training Institute Durgapur. Dr. Singh is a recipient of the NASI-Scopus Young Scientist Award in the area of social sciences for the year 2014. He is also the recipient of the Manas Chatterji Award for Excellence in Research in Regional Science for the year 2006. His very first research paper was awarded as the Best Article of the Year 2000 by the ASRTU. On December 19, 2015, he received the Venus International Foundation Outstanding Scientist Award for the contribution and achievement in the field of Development Studies. On December 16, 2017, he received the ICBM-AMP Academic Excellence Award in the category of Best Professor in Economics. On February 19, 2020, he received the Amity Excellence Award for Best Dean. Dr. Singh has published two books and more than seventy-five research papers in reputed journals out of which more than one-third of them are single-authored ones. His research papers are widely read; as per ResearchGate, with almost three hundred new reads every week and more than one lakh fifty thousand total reads, Dr. Singh’s research papers are the most read research items from his institution. (Hons.) in Mathematics, M.Sc., and Ph.D. in Operational Research all from the University of Delhi, where he was a gold medalist in both his undergraduate and postgraduate studies. He also achieved the first position in all school examinations. Santosh Kumar MSc, PhD, FIMA, OAM. Santosh Kumar obtained a MSc degree in Mathematics (Vikram), PhD in Operations Research (Delhi). He worked in the Defence R & D and joined the RMIT, Melbourne in 1970. Subsequently he has worked in seven universities in various countries. He served as the National Vice President (Administration, ASOR) and was the President of the Asia Pacific Operational Research Societies (APORS) (1995-1998), where Australia was a member country. For his contributions in OR, he has received in 2009 ‘The Ren Potts Award from the Australian Society for Operations Research’ and in 2011 ‘A recognition Award for spreading the field of OR in the Southern African Region by the OR Society of South Africa. He has maintained a strong passion for academic as well as for community work in various ways, specially relating to seniors. He believes that ‘seniors are a wasted national resource around the world.’ He has received many other community and academic recognitions, among them a few significant awards received at the Government House, Victoria are: 1. Excellence in Community services 2009 2. Senior of the year COTA award in 2014, and 3. ‘The Order of the Australia Medal’ on Queen’s birthday in 2021. He has maintained his research interest along with community welfare work. He has over 220 publications and is an author/co-author of 5 books in OR.

Prof.(Dr.) Tadashi Dohi

Dr. Tadashi Dohi (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S.E., M.S., and D.Eng. degrees in engineering from the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Hiroshima University, Higashihiroshima, Japan, in 1989, 1991, and 1995, respectively. In 1992 and 2000, he was a Visiting Researcher with the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration, University of British Columbia, Vancouver, BC, Canada, and the Hudson School of Engineering, Duke University, Durham, NC, USA, respectively, on leave from the Hiroshima University. Since 2002, he has been a Professor with the Department of Information Engineering, Graduate School of Engineering, Hiroshima University. His research interests include reliability engineering, software reliability, and dependable computing. Prof. Dohi is a member of the Operations Research Society of Japan, the Institute of Electrical, Information and Communication Engineers, the Information Processing Society of Japan, and the Reliability Engineering Association of Japan. He is also an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Reliability among others.
